By engaging our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services

2.1 Service Description

Travasoft Limited provides website design, development, hosting, maintenance, and local SEO services specifically tailored for plumbing businesses in the United Kingdom. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom WordPress website design and development
  • Mobile-optimised and SEO-friendly websites
  • Professional copywriting and imagery
  • Web hosting and maintenance
  • Local SEO optimisation
  • Google Business Profile setup and management
  • Technical support

2.2 Service Packages

We offer three main service packages:

  • Website Only – One-time website build
  • Website + Hosting – Website build with ongoing hosting and maintenance
  • Website + SEO – Website build with full local SEO services

3. Payment Terms

3.1 One-Time Website Build (Website Only & Website + Hosting)

  • 50% advance payment is required before work commences
  • Remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the website and before the site goes live
  • Payment must be made within 7 days of invoice

3.2 Monthly Subscription Services (Website + SEO / Website + Hosting)

  • Monthly payments are due on the first day of every month
  • First month’s payment is required before work commences
  • Payments must be made via bank transfer, card payment, or an agreed payment method
  • Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services

3.3 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via:

  • Bank transfer (BACS)
  • Credit/Debit card
  • PayPal or Stripe (processing fees may apply)

3.4 Late Payments

If payment is not received within 7 days of the due date:

  • Services may be suspended until payment is received
  • A late payment fee of £50 may be applied
  • We reserve the right to take the website offline until payment is made

4. Refund Policy

4.1 No Refund Policy

All payments made to Travasoft Limited are non-refundable. Once work has commenced, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction with the design (subject to our revision policy)
  • Business closure
  • Financial difficulties

4.2 Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion if:

  • We are unable to deliver the agreed services due to technical limitations
  • We fail to commence work within 14 days of receiving payment without valid reason

5. Revisions and Changes

5.1 Revision Policy

We are committed to delivering a website that meets your expectations. Revisions and changes will be implemented based on prior discussion and mutual agreement.

Website Build Phase:

  • Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included in the initial website build
  • Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges at £75 per hour

Ongoing Services (Hosting & SEO Plans):

  • Minor content updates and changes are included as part of the monthly service
  • Major redesigns or structural changes may incur additional fees

5.2 Change Requests

All change requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@travasoft.co.uk. We will provide an estimated timeframe and confirm whether additional charges apply before proceeding.

5.3 Out-of-Scope Requests

Requests that fall outside the agreed scope of work will be quoted separately and require additional payment.

6. Project Timeline

6.1 Standard Delivery

  • Website Only / Website + Hosting: Completed and delivered within 5–7 working days from receipt of advance payment and all required content/materials
  • Website + SEO Plans: Website delivered within 5–7 working days; SEO work is ongoing monthly

6.2 Delays

Project timelines may be extended if:

  • The Client fails to provide required materials (content, images, branding, access credentials)
  • There are delays in Client feedback or approvals
  • Unforeseen technical issues arise

We will notify you promptly of any delays and provide a revised timeline.

7. Client Responsibilities

7.1 Content and Materials

You are responsible for providing:

  • Business information, contact details, and service descriptions
  • Images, logos, and branding materials (where applicable)
  • Access to domain registrar, hosting accounts, or other necessary platforms
  • Timely feedback and approvals

7.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information, content, and materials provided are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe upon any third-party rights.

7.3 Cooperation

Timely cooperation and communication are essential for successful project delivery. Delays caused by lack of Client response may extend project timelines.

8. Intellectual Property and Ownership

8.1 Website Ownership

Upon full payment, you retain full ownership of:

  • The website design and code
  • The domain name (if registered by you)
  • All content and materials provided by you

8.2 Third-Party Assets

Some elements of the website (e.g., stock images, plugins, themes) may be licensed from third parties and subject to their respective terms and conditions.

8.3 Our Rights

Travasoft Limited retains the right to:

  • Use the completed website in our portfolio and marketing materials
  • Showcase your project as a case study (with your permission)

If you prefer not to be featured, please inform us in writing.

9. Hosting and Maintenance

9.1 Website + Hosting / Website + SEO Plans

If you subscribe to a hosting or SEO plan, we will provide:

  • Secure, reliable UK-based hosting
  • SSL certificate
  • Regular backups
  • Security monitoring
  • Software and plugin updates
  • Technical support

9.2 Website Only Plan

If you purchase the Website Only plan, hosting and ongoing maintenance are not included. You are responsible for arranging your own hosting and maintaining the website after the 3-month post-launch support period.

9.3 Data Backups

We perform regular automated backups. However, we recommend you maintain your own backups as an additional precaution.

10. SEO Services

10.1 No Guaranteed Rankings

While we employ industry best practices for local SEO, we cannot guarantee specific rankings on Google or other search engines. Search engine algorithms change frequently, and rankings depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including competition and user behaviour.

10.2 SEO Results

SEO is a long-term strategy. Visible results typically take 3–6 months or longer depending on competition and market conditions.

11. Support and Maintenance

11.1 Post-Launch Support (Website Only Plan)

The Website Only plan includes 3 months of post-launch support, which covers:

  • Monitoring site performance
  • Minor content changes
  • Technical troubleshooting

After 3 months, ongoing support is available at an additional cost.

11.2 Ongoing Support (Website + Hosting / SEO Plans)

Clients on monthly subscription plans receive ongoing support as part of their package, including:

  • Email and phone support
  • Software updates
  • Security monitoring
  • Minor content updates

11.3 Support Hours

Our standard support hours are Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK Time). We aim to respond to all support requests within 1 working day. Urgent issues will be prioritised.

12. Cancellation and Termination

12.1 Client Cancellation (Monthly Plans)

For monthly subscription services (Website + Hosting / Website + SEO):

  • You may cancel at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice via email to contact@travasoft.co.uk
  • You remain responsible for payment during the notice period
  • No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the month

12.2 Termination by Travasoft Limited

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:

  • You fail to make payment within 14 days of the due date
  • You breach these Terms and Conditions
  • You engage in abusive, threatening, or unlawful behaviour towards our staff

Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to your website due to factors beyond our control (e.g., server issues, cyber attacks, internet outages).

13.2 Indirect Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travasoft Limited shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Loss of data or information
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

13.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Warranties and Disclaimers

14.1 Service Quality

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry standards.

14.2 No Other Warranties

Except as expressly stated, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

15. Confidentiality
